Spotify is literally hosting an Andrew Tate podcast on “how to recruit and exploit women for pornography.”

They were hosting three of them. Two were removed because of public pressure, but one remains. He literally should have no platform for any reason.

Please boycott Spotify until they end this. And contact them to let them know that he’s a repugnant pile of shit who needs to be punched in the face.

Looking for some help about old fediverse profiles that linger about. My searches haven’t been productive.

Examples. I deleted an old PeerTube account and migrated to a new one. The deleted account still shows up in fediverse searches. I also played with a Clackey account once that I deleted. It’s also still around.

Anyone know how to purge these? @FediTips?

Just discovered this really great tool for PeerTube called Sepia Search. It’s a search engine that indexes PeerTube instances all in one place.

I tried it out and it immediately found my videos with logical key-phrases. And it’s super fast. It also enables filtering by video, channel, and playlist.

The new UI looks fantastic. Well done by your team. Two pieces of feedback from me, though. For free.

1. The contrast between icon/background in the lists modal is inaccessible. It fails WCAG guidelines. I mentioned this back in February (https://mas.to/@markwyner/111931171140519265).

2. The failed icon/label alignment and gap. Here's simple CSS that can fix it. This also saves lots of space for long lists.

George Lucas got the idea for Princess Leia's iconic "space buns" from Mexican revolutionary women. Specifically Clara de la Rocha, a total badass.

Clara's descendant recounted:
