I moved to a rural area a few months ago & I cannot look for any used furniture, nor services, without FB! It’s kind of crazy. I still refuse to use it, but it makes everything very, very hard & lonely. |

Well, I'm going to approach them about having a Mastodon presence. I know it's hard, and not everyone is equally able to move at this time. But I am, and I want to encourage to consider if they are too. Fostering hate towards the powerless crosses a line with me. More than one, in fact. I was willing to give up "Buy Nothing" after that. |

Groups on here are special accounts that basically just repeat any post sent to them, which makes it easier for lots of people to discuss a common topic across many servers.
