@crossgolf_rebel, a decade long contact out here in the fedi, kinda reference, who does audio recordings and has experiences with podcasts publishing on funkWhale. He fav'ed the first version of this post and added a thinking face to it.
@mina became the selfproclaimed patovica bouncer, a contact that owns all three involved languages (spanisch/german/englisch), has apparently real life knowledge of the region down here (or there, or anywhere), and claims to see everything.
@resl, a squirrel we haven't heard from since her latest interventions.

Till now mysteriously we couldn't get our hands on a local contact that can or could help, as pointed out in the initial audio take, when it comes to check the truths behind our virtual reality out here.

Um genau zu sein @reticuleena verfehlt dein Post, upps .. dein tröt, sry .., das Thema denn du schreibst #fediVerse und sprichst von #mastodon. Ob mastodon eine reshare Funktion gut zu Gesicht stünde?
Warum nicht, auf #diaspora funktioniert sie super gut (edit: auch wenn mir gerade auffällt das es die dort gar nicht gibt und das Ambiente dennoch oder deswegen (?) dort super gut ist (oder war)), mich täte es nicht stören und die Diskussion über #interNetteEtikette und Verhalten hier bei uns ist:

  Eh verloren den "die" schlagen mit ihrer erworbenen Twittermentalität alle hier in Scharen auf, sind mehr und bevor wir die wieder gerade gebogen haben, haben die uns bereist X-mal um die Ecke gebracht.
• b)
  Geht unsere dezentrale Idee, unser Ansatz, davon aus das er uns die Möglichkeit gibt die verschiedenen Internetkulturen so weit zu entzerren und zu trennen das wir alle möglichst friedfertig neben einander co-existieren können.
  Sprich: "Leben und leben lassen" sollte wieder möglich sein.

Ansonsten nicht nur an dich eine persönliche Empfehlung die bei einem friendicaPromotionsgespraech mit @mina just vor ein paar Tagen auftauchte:
Jede Plattform hat ihre Stärken und Schwächen. Mastodon ist ideal zum chit-chat. Und wenn du einen friendicaKonto hast das deinem mastodonKonto folgt bekommt das jeden Tröt den du kommentierst, fav'st oder boostes in die Timeline gespühlt. Sprich, mastodon vom Handy zum fast and furious und friendica vom Desktop zum dezidierten Liebeschenken und und vernünftigen Texte aufsetzen.

Last but not least:
Eine reshare Funktion für mastodon ist mir ehrlich gesagt schnuppe. Ich bin hier mittlerweile seit ~vierzehn Jahren ganz pragmatisch auf dem Trip nicht nur einfach das zu nutzen was die jeweilige Software mir bietet, sondern immer wieder work arounds zu finden für das was es nicht oder noch nicht gibt. Das ist so schön unbequem das meine "to think out of the box" Kapazität exponentiell ins unermessliche gestiegen ist. #Kruse nennt das Kreativität, ein Mehrwert der kaum zu ermessen ist.

Drükos sind und waren Drückerkolonnen und ich war bereits hoch erfreut das "wir demnächst Drückerkolonnen fürs #fediVerse bekommen", denn genau das brauchen wir. Auch wenn wahrscheinlich nur @padeluun eine solche Idee und ihre Konsequenzen vollumfänglich verstehen würde ..

Hi there,
here kinda "long shot wild idea".

To a certain extent the activityPub (or fediVerse) related coder and helpers community is some how scattered not only in the federation itself but also over tons of platforms, including github, own wikis and forums, git instances and alike.

At the same time friendica itself is and pretends to be like the interconnecting node between as many platforms as possible.

Wouldn't it be reasonable and positive for the fediVerse as a whole to gather around some place [like forum.friendi.ca creating community helper pages for each project] to improve communication, interoperability and so on?
Same consideration might apply for git.friendi.ca.

Not sure how much work for example in terms of moderation this very support forum implies, and if such a proposal would mean more work load for those who are in charge of both subdomain projects, but in general it looks to me that on one hand a lot of work is wasted on maintaining all those scattered sites and on the other, this could be a step towards escaping centralized dependencies, better support for the fediVerse in general and in the case of github maybe even a step forward for the independence of the coding community around actvitypub.

friendica and it's community has a long enough trajectory in the space to imply enough trust as for being a serious and respectful offer to all I think.

@katharinadebus Meine ganz allgemein Empfehlung für das fedi ist Profile auf verschiedenen Instanzen und Plattformen zu haben. Etwas was in dezentralen Netzen möglich und normal ist, in zentralen Netzwerken nicht zwingend Sinn macht. In diesem Sinne ist z.B. ein Profil auf mastodon.social, als eine Art allgemeines Telefonbuch, durchaus angebracht. Von dort kannst du dan auch deine anderen Profile, ob nun friendica, peertube, pixelfed, wordpress verweisen, und hast auch immer eine worst case Szenario Zugriff auf das fedi.

Mastodon Profilsuche scheint mir weitreichender, mit einem einfachen @name ohne Instanznamen poppt da so ziemlich alles auf was es so gibt, und mastodon.social dürfte die am weitesten verknüpfte Instanz sein.
