a) Delta is made for private messaging and is not currently made or geared towards public channels. there is no moderation tooling.
b) there is "matterdelta" plugin for matterbridge bots to bridge xmpp/delta but that's not in the chatmail setup and needs to be deployed separately
c) delta already has shadowsocks proxy-support and resilience against censorship
