However, one thing in the linked article seems wrong to me. It shouldn't be necessary to make the application's battery settings "Unrestricted". In fact, that's the big selling point of push notifications, that there's only one app periodically waking up and checking, thus saving battery by only having one network connection active, and that app will wake up other apps as notifications for them come in.

@nikclayton Better late than never, I guess - I just installed Pachli, we'll see how it goes over the next few days.

The About->Notifications screen looks good, although the Log section in there shows one error thrown.
