@pixel It's most likely users posting incorrect URLs to posts from the website. We plan to work around this at some point, but it's really an issue with the person creating the URL and not Ivory. They are probably trying to post a link to a post that's on another server, but copying the address in their browser address bar which is a link to the post on their own server, not the originating server. I know it sounds confusing. That's why there's the option to “open in browser”.
