@neil@mastodon.neilzone.co.uk Early Piccadilly Radio (local independent radio in Manchester) in the 1970s actually did drama. They had a Sci-Fi serial called The Last Rose of Summer. If you can find a copy on an archive site it's worth a listen. Many of the actors in it were local radio DJs or TV continuity announcers.

Maybe they should warn us which songs don't have flashing lights. #EuroVision

I've recently taken to flipping the hardware aeroplane mode switch on the side of the laptop before docking.

My 25th visit to Hafan Pwllheli #parkrun this bright, still, cold winter's morning, the day after the storm cut off our electric supply for the best part of 11 hours.

I finished 4th, my best ever finishing position. I'll never achieve that again unless there are fewer than the 15 people who took part today.
