ICYMI, @sovtechfund's Fellowship for Maintainer has been shaped up accounting for what we've heard from over 500 maintainers earlier this year.

Of the many data points, one that didn't surprise me at all was the # of maintainers per project: 70% have 1, 2 or 3 maintainers.

There's a lot I'd like to say but (for now!) I'll keep it brief: **#OggCamp2024** was amazing, and I'm so happy I was able to attend and even throw my hat in the ring both days to find such warm reception and great conversations 🫂

Massive props to the organisers and the crew!
This type of event really are where the open source community can shine, and well that pidgeon was but one sparkle among all that has happened 🤩
