Windows just switched a User from "Windows Mail App" to "Oulook (New) App" In the process, cleared all the mail accounts from Windows Mail app but didnt set them up on Outlook New App.

You guessed it, the User also doesn't know any password of the 3 mails he needs for work and also doesn't know any recovery information. Since all of them are "free" mails, there is also no support to ask for help.
