@cubeofcheese @andypiper@maconaw.social if this is an authorised project on schools network, there's no reason not to use a domain name, and therefore be able to use https.
Https for just an IP is also possible, with a self signed certificate.
I'd look at those two options first

@cubeofcheese I'll ask if folks can take a look. Off the top of my head I don't think this will work well / at all if you don't have a domain and https, but if others do know hopefully I can point them at that thread to help.
