@clare_hooley Thanks very much, but after reading through that statement I'm not much reassured. These categories are for services which will be subject to *additional* requirements in future. As far as I can see, smaller and even non-commercial services are not exempt from the standard requirements of the act, which are considerable, including up to £18M fines. 😲
