@aral i would not be surprised at all if the #google would just sell their #chrome browser to #perplexity (to tame the monopoly attacks - it recently experienced - down a bit) and behind the scenes work on a complete perplexity buyout by some fresh founded, superb funded, google associated company. surveillance capitalism just thrives like crazy.
