1. "Vectors of neglect" - @Meyerweb will lead a discussion about why the platform seems to have trouble getting investment in SVG

2. "Collective funding, governance and prioritization of a browser engine projects" - I (and @seaotta) will lead a discussion about some issues facing the platform and efforts toward more collective ownership (and new challenges it introduces)
