@Strandjunker There at times when I speak because I feel that not speaking is implying acceptance and complicity. I need to voice my objection or disagreement so that I can live with myself.

I've been asked why I continue a discussion when I'm clearly not going to change their mind. Because in a public discourse, I know others are reading. I'm presenting my ideas to them, in case they're open to them. I've learned a lot that way watching others' discussions.

@Strandjunker there are times I want to speak, but I don't know what to say or who to confront to make it count, and things happen behind the scenes, making direct action virtually impossible.
