@betalars they should be mad at the UX designers. In many cases that I have seen, enterprises pay Design agencies for UX and UI and design language, and have development teams to implement this (inhouse or outsourced as well). Developers gave up on the issue of bad design - either they quit, or they just do as told. Getting into arguments hardly ever improves anything.

Yes, I am pretty frustrated about that as well.
