Hi, I've only recently started using Pachli as an alternative to another app. So far I am satisfied, but I have a few questions and comments. The translation function does not always work. Thread comments are not recognizable in the order (better Fedilab). Updating the Home TL also hangs, only when you scroll something happens, same with the notifications. Is there a remedy?

@Franky_Tegeler Translation results come from your server. If it returns an error, or refuses to translate the post (e.g, because it doesn't understand the language) that's reflected in Pachli.

A future release this year will allow for on-device translation, which will fix this.

@Franky_Tegeler For the thread view -- I think Fedilab shows the entire branching thread, Pachli shows the branch you're currently on. So if there's a thread like this ("A" is the first post)

A -> B -> C
`--> D

and you're looking at post B then Pachli shows you A, B, and C. If you tap "A" you'll then see posts A and D. I might think about whether to change that.
