Ahh.. okay... If your account gets locked by your own server's admin, then yes you would be cut off from your followers and follows.

However, sometimes admins may decide to let you move your account elsewhere in which case you wouldn't be cut off from followers etc.

It depends on why they might lock your account. Usually such an extreme punishment is if you break the rules of your server in a very bad way, that's why it's a good idea to read the rules when you join a server.
