Only the Fediverse service Friendica can talk natively with Bluesky, but only because they have implemented the AT protocol.

Furthermore, the Fediverse not only includes the ActivitiyPub protocol language, but also Diaspora, DFRN, OStatus and ZOT

The AT protocol may also be added at some point, at the moment it is not part of the Fediverse
